where to begin? the breakfast turns into a paying coffee counter, so we had to go to Tim Hortons instead. the bathroom wallpaper is peeling everywhere, and I also had to walk in near darkness to inquire about a power outage at 3am, but no special treatment offered for that inconvenience.

The hotel offers a lovely swimming pool that provides a refreshing way to relax after a day of exploring Kamloops.
The area surrounding the hotel felt somewhat unsafe at night, with some unsavory characters loitering nearby.

We had a fun family stay, enjoying a comfy Family Room. The swimming pool was a hit with the kids and the free parking made life easy. We explored nearby Indian restaurants based on the staff's recommendations, which was a delightful treat.
In my wife’s opinion, the breakfast options could be improved.

Convenient Stay with Room for Improvement
Checked in and found a warm, friendly front desk staff. The room dazzled with modern decor, including bedside lamps with wireless charging pads. However, I noticed the area outside could use some attention. For a smoother experience, consider dining at nearby restaurants for better ambiance and food options.

Just a solid selection for a weekend getaway in Kamloops with good price-value balance. Pack some snacks or breakfast items as the dining options weren't great.
